The turtles journey - the dream of Boomiri- Notice the excellent dot painting in the middle and the tracks of the turtles and aboriginies. They are protecting water and the land of the medicine paths that you see in the centre of this painting. So the turtles protect the water in the night time and the land in day time. They are coming together to protect the waterhole and land so that they will all survive. Without water and land the people and the animals are nothing so they must come together as one………
